Over the years I have had many successes, and also many disasters. As a child I would sometimes take a day off from school just so I could spend it cooking instead.
One such day I decided to try my hand at making bread. Well I made 9 different types, including dinner rolls, bagels, a cob and some failed croissants...
I recently began holding a regular dinner party for my friends where I could use them as Guinea Pigs to try out new recipes.
